YogaBeez provides children of all ages with a rewarding physical and mental experience by incorporating the core values of YogaKids and the Montessori Teaching Method - both of which are highly respected.

YogaKids and the Montessori curriculum are built on the foundation of respect for the child as an individual, creative being. Emphasis is placed on the educating the "whole child", an education that considers mental, physical,social, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

The Stork Pose. This is a great pose to bring into a lesson on nature and nurture, as Storks take very good care of their young. Talk about what storks eat and look at the marsh ecosystem and the food chain.
